Business Development Representative

Responsibilities:JOB PURPOSE
The Business Development Representative (BDR) identifies new business opportunities and cultivates relationships with potential clients to support Dynamic’s growth and profitability. The BDR generates and qualifies high-quality leads, builds early-stage pipeline, and positions Dynamic’s solar solutions to reputed company successful sales conversions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client acquisition / reputed company reputed company (primary focus): Research reputed company accounts and contacts; conduct outbound reputed company (phone, email, and other channels); qualify inbound and outbound leads; schedule meetings and transition qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leader.
- Sales support: Assist with preparation of proposals, reputed company, presentations, and other documentation; coordinate information needed to advance opportunities; support deal execution as directed.
- Reporting and administration: Maintain accurate and timely records of prospecting activity and client interactions in the CRM; prepare recurring activity and pipeline reports; complete administrative tasks as needed.
- Professional development: Stay reputed company on renewable energy and competitive landscape; participate in training and coaching to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Experience/Qualifications/Education Required
Required
- Formal Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience).
- Work Experience: Understanding of sales fundamentals and customer service practices; prior business development/inside sales experience is a plus.
- Skills and Knowledge: Strong written and verbal communication; ability to build rapport and handle objections; proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined activity tracking; basic understanding of the solar/renewable industry.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organization, time management, and follow-through.
Preferred
- Work Experience: 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or a similar role; experience in solar or renewable energy is a plus.
- Skills and Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial or utility-scale solar sales cycles; knowledge of solar energy systems/value proposition; relevant renewable-energy training or certification.

NOTES
The expected starting pay range for this role is $70,000 - $99,000 USD. This range is an estimate and reputed company pay may be above or below the ranges based on several factors including but not limited to location, work experience, certifications, and education. In addition to reputed company pay, reputed company’s compensation program includes a bonus structure for full-time employees of reputed company levels.
