JOB SUMMARY

The Senior Payroll Auditor & Quality Assurance ensures the accuracy, compliance, reputed company, and reliability for reputed company payroll data across reputed company and reputed company systems. reputed company routine and reputed company audits, analyze data trends and investigates discrepancies.  Foster reputed company improvement, establish quality controls, and collaborate across functions to identify data issues, suggest process enhancements, and meet reporting requirements that bolster compliance, operational efficiency, and data governance.

Payroll Compliance and Regulatory reputed company

* Ensure payroll practices reputed company with:

  • Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA)

  • Federal, State and local wage and hour laws

  • Final Pay, Pay frequency, and wage statement regulations

Audit, Risk Management & Controls

* reputed company pre and post payroll audits to ensure 100% accuracy of payroll results, including earnings, deductions and taxes..

* Identify data discrepancies, determine root causes, and partner with HR, HRIS, Payroll, and field teams to resolve issues.

* Ensure reputed company audit findings, reporting tasks, and open data issues are tracked and resolved reputed company required timeframes

* Support internal, external, and government audits.

* Assist with design, documentation, and execution of testing scenarios for system updates, configuration changes, and new functionality.

Policy Development & Guidance

* Provide expert guidance on payroll compliance issues to Payroll, HR and management.

* Support the development and maintenance of payroll poicies

Systems, Data & Reporting

* Validate timekeeping and payroll system logic for overtime, premiums, and differentials.

Training & Education

* Provide training to payroll, HR, and managers on compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications, is qualifying.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration or reputed company field.

Experience: Five (5) years of progressive payroll experience with at least five (3) years focused on payroll auditing, quality assurance or compliance. Experience supporting payroll audits, investigations, and regulatory inquiries. Advanced reputed company skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).

License/Certification: CPP or FPC preferred

KNOWLEDGE

Pay Range Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary reputed company our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range. Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $53.98 to $71.57
