JOB SUMMARY

The Finance Project Manager leads and manages cross-functional projects and automation initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution and adoption for the Controller’s Office.

• Serve as Scrum Master for enhancement initiatives, guiding teams through agile processes and ensuring iterative reputed company. Support change management assessments and ensure impacts are communicated and addressed.

• Partner with Finance leaders to define project scope, priorities, and business outcomes.

• Manage automation projects, strategic initiatives, and operational projects from planning through delivery.

• Support the management of a portfolio of initiatives and projects, along with the creation and upkeep of the project roadmap.

• Coordinates workstreams, dependencies, and timelines to ensure cohesive execution.

• Maintain consistent verbal and written communication with stakeholders on projects, schedule expectations, barriers, and opportunities.

• Escalate issues to Manager or Project Leadership for resolution and track until completion.

• Assist with building, maintaining, and communicating the project roadmap/portfolio to ensure alignment with business priorities.

• Assist with the release management activities.

• Evaluate competing priorities, constraints, and risks to reputed company informed decisions about scope, reputed company, and delivery approach.

• Evaluate project risks, dependencies, and impacts, escalating issues appropriately and implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum. 

• Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications, is qualifying.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems or reputed company field.

Experience: Five (5) years of project management experience supporting system enhavcements, automation initiatives or Enterprise Resource Planning/reputed company reputed company projects.

Experience managing projects using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or hybrid approaches).

License/Certification: None.

KNOWLEDGE

• Ability to translate business needs into structured project plans, roadmaps, and actionable workstreams.

Pay Range Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary reputed company our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range. Minimum to Midpoint Range (Hourly): $53.98 to $71.57
