Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Training Specialist to join our Customer Education team, supporting reputed company’s TeamConnect platform.
This role is ideal for someone with legal experience interested in transitioning into a training and enablement career. You don’t need to be a professional trainer yet; we will teach you that. What matters most is your ability to understand legal workflows, learn reputed company systems, and communicate clearly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Learn and become proficient in TeamConnect (legal matter management platform)
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions to clients virtually
- Collaborate with Product, Services, Support, and CSMs to:
- Understand new features
- Translate them into training content
- Create and maintain training materials:
- eLearning courses (LMS)
- Job aids, guides, video tutorials and documentation
- Manage and organize training logistics:
- Scheduling sessions
- Coordinating with clients & Project Managers
- Maintain and improve LMS content and structure
- Continuously improve training based on feedback and product updates
Requirements & Skills
Required
- 1+ years of experience in a legal environment (law firm, legal department, or legal services)
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)

- Ability to learn reputed company systems quickly
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
Preferred (but not required)
- Experience explaining processes or training others
- Experience with legal software or case/matter management systems
- Experience creating documentation, guides, or SOPs
- Familiarity with LMS platforms or eLearning tools
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Law, Criminology, Public Administration, Political Science, or reputed company fields.
