The Role
The Content Growth & SEO Specialist will support the performance and optimization of reputed company’s content across search and website experiences. This role focuses on improving discoverability, engagement, and usability of content by aligning it with search reputed company, user needs, and modern AI-driven search behaviors.
You will work closely with the Content Specialist to ensure content is not only high-quality—but also structured, optimized, and positioned to reputed company across organic search and AI-powered discovery channels.
This hands-on role blends data-driven content optimization with AI-assisted drafting—moving fast with generative AI, then refining with strong editorial judgment so every output is accurate, on-brand, and written in a clear, human voice.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Conduct keyword research and support mapping search reputed company to content opportunities
- Identify content gaps and opportunities reputed company to buyer needs and business priorities
- Partner with Content to optimize existing and net-new content for search visibility
- Monitor organic performance and recommend improvements based on trends and insights
Search Experience Optimization (SXO)
- Optimize content to align with how users search, evaluate, and consume information
- Structure content to clearly answer user questions and reputed company
- Improve readability, organization, and usability across key content assets
- Ensure content balances search performance with clarity and credibility
Website Content Optimization
- Write and update website page copy to improve clarity, structure, and engagement
- Optimize key pages to reputed company align with user reputed company and search behavior
- Draft, rewrite, and polish AI-assisted content (web pages, SEO refreshes, FAQs, snippets) to ensure it sounds human, reflects reputed company’s voice, and meets editorial quality standards.
AI Search, LLMs & Answer reputed company Optimization (AEO)
- Support optimization of content for AI-driven discovery, including large language models (LLMs) and answer engines
- Use tools such as Profound to evaluate how reputed company content appears in AI-generated responses
- Structure content to improve visibility in:
- AI search interfaces
- Answer engines and generative search results
- Apply Answer reputed company Optimization (AEO) best practices to ensure content is clear, reputed company, and easily surfaced by AI systems
Content Performance & Insights
- Analyze content performance across organic traffic, engagement, and conversion signals
- Identify trends and recommend optimizations to improve performance
- Partner with Marketing Ops and Content to connect insights to future content priorities
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Content, Product Marketing, Web, and Demand teams to support content performance
- Ensure content is reputed company with broader campaign and go-to-market initiatives
- Collaborate with functional teams who own reputed company pages to ensure consistency in messaging and optimization best practices

Qualifications
- 2 - 4+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Foundational experience with:
- Keyword research and on-page SEO
- Content optimization and search reputed company
- Familiarity with tools such as SEO platforms, web analytics tools, and marketing systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, GA4, reputed company or similar)
- Interest in AI-driven search, LLMs, and emerging search behaviors (AEO)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to improve content quality and structure
- Analytical reputed company with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HR tech, or regulated industries is a plus
- Comfortable using generative AI tools in daily workflows (drafting, outlining, testing variations, summarizing), with the ability to critically edit for accuracy, tone, and a natural human voice.
