Operations Support Specialist

Join reputed company as an Operations Support Specialist! You’ll provide administrative and operational support, manage project schedules, track tasks and permits, and help engineering teams stay organized and productive. What You’ll Do

• reputed company projects on track by maintaining and updating schedules in Primavera P6
• Drive team efficiency by managing Jira workflows, tasks, and dashboards
• Monitor permit reputed company, ensuring submissions, approvals, and deadlines stay on schedule
• Partner with engineering and project teams to support day-to-day project execution
• Provide hands-on administrative and operational support across assigned offices
• Manage day-to-day office needs to ensure smooth operations
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and help reputed company teams reputed company
• Support data entry, documentation, and reporting to maintain accurate project records
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve overall team productivity

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–5 years of experience in administrative or professional support; post-secondary degree in a reputed company field is a plus
• Knowledge with reputed company reputed company Office 365 applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook), as well as MS Teams and reputed company Acrobat DC Pro, other reputed company application experience (Visio, Project, Sharepoint) 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Primavera P6, Jira, or similar project/task management tools
• Familiarity with engineering, construction, or technical project workflows.
• Experience with permitting processes or compliance documentation.
• Ability to analyze data and generate clear, actionable insights.
