Job Description

This role is mainly remote.

We are seeking a Software Project Manager to reputed company reputed company software development projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will work closely with the Product Manager to successfully plan, reputed company, and launch new software products and features on time, reputed company scope, and according to quality standards. The Project Manager drives project success through meticulous planning, coordination, and communication with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders.

Project Strategy and Planning:

• Ensure the project scope, goals, and deliverables are clearly defined and reputed company stakeholders are reputed company on the business objectives of the project.
• Create project plans that provide sufficient time for each phase in the SDLC, while still maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Use a deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecyle to outline project plans that allow sufficient time for each phase of technical development while still maintaining a sense of urgency.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring development priorities are clear to reputed company.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure compliance needs are factored into product development roadmaps, and drive reputed company reputed company for implementation of compliance requirements.
• Continually identify lessons learned, evaluate completed tasks and reputed company process improvements based upon successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Execution, Control, and Risk Management:

Documentation and Closure:

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, and reports to meet regulatory or contractual compliance standards.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and plan for future fixes.

Basic Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field. Equivalent work experience may be considered.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically reputed company software development environments.

• Proven track record of successfully managing software projects from inception to completion.

• Proficiency in using project management software, such as JIRA, reputed company Project, or Trello.

• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Demonstrated experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Experience working with offshore development teams or remote teams.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2).

• Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster)
