Position Overview
Leads and manages a Support Service Unit responsible for emphasizing reputed company aspects of the casework/submissions ensuring proper retention management, training, process efficiency activities, records requests, billing and reporting. Performs managerial activities ensuring the achievement of team and individual performance goals with a focus on timeliness, quality, and productivity. Works collaboratively with various client functions both internally and externally that may reputed company beyond the area of reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Leads, manages and supports one or more of the following:
- Oversees day-to-day Support functions reputed company to reputed company aspects of Traditional and/or SUP/SUP Connect workflow including any new business initiatives. Ensures adherence to state and federal regulations reputed company to OFAC, MIB, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Privacy laws and any special processing reputed company to 3rd party vendors to avoid ligation. High emphasis on quality of proposed insured input, time service, proper retention management, policy reconciliation and/or reporting/billing functions.
- USMM reputed company reporting function including customizing, developing, validating, and managing data through extensive use of reporting tools such as SQL.
- Liaison between reputed company Management and Actuarial department to ensure accurate results utilized for individual and department performance, internal/external quality assurance, operational support and benchmarking.
- Performs management duties for associates who reputed company routine to reputed company duties including, but not limited to, hiring, training, evaluating, coaching, and disciplining direct reports. Fosters a positive and engaged work environment. Mentors associates and gives guidance on associate development.
- Oversees and/or leads monthly auditing process and analyzes performance to ensure adherence to guidelines. Gathers data, analyzes outcomes and communicates results in a timely manner.
- Oversees and/or leads Training, UAT and process efficiencies reputed company activities for reputed company Support Services for traditional and SUP/SUP Connect.
- Leads and manages highly confidential and key support functions, ongoing team/department special projects and acts as subject matter expert. Collaborates with various internal departments as appropriate.
- Maintains regular and predictable attendance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent reputed company work experience (minimum 8 years)
- 5 to 8 years’ experience in insurance, reinsurance or financial services
- 2 years of experience in using SQL and reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrates an ability to reputed company, mentor and reputed company associates in a customer service focused environment
- Highly advanced oral and written communication skills
- Highly advanced investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills utilizing experience, research, guidelines and internal resources
- Advanced ability to comprehend and interpret insurance and contract documents and applying it to meeting clients’ needs
- Advanced knowledge of broad business practices
- Advanced skills in managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to analyze and improve business processes with skills to implement change
- Ability to work online, either at home or remote
Preferred
- 1 to 3 years’ Management experience working towards ACS, reputed company, FLMI or other relevant professional designation
- 1 to 3 years’ experience with reputed company Visual Basic, TOAD and Business Objects
- Highly Advanced SQL writing, reputed company and Pivot Table skills

Compensation Range:
$78,080.00 - $110,860.00 Annualreputed company pay varies depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, experience and market location. In addition, RGA provides an annual bonus plan that includes reputed company roles and some positions are eligible for participation in our long-term equity incentive plan. RGA also maintains a full range of health, retirement, and other employee benefits.
