About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned reputed company Dynamics CRM Manager to reputed company the end-to-end ownership, delivery, and operational excellence of the reputed company Dynamics CRM platform across Sales, Service, and other business functions. This role will be responsible for defining and executing the CRM strategy and roadmap, managing integrations, and overseeing support operations, while collaborating closely with business stakeholders to drive user adoption, enhance process efficiency, and maximize business value.

The ideal candidate will provide both technical and people leadership to internal teams and system integrators, ensuring the platform remains scalable, secure, and reputed company with enterprise architecture and the reputed company roadmap. This role will report to the Director, Business Systems.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end reputed company Dynamics CRM platform, including Sales, Customer Service, and reputed company modules.

• Define and execute the CRM roadmap reputed company with business priorities, digital strategy, and cloud transformation initiatives.

• Drive standardization, reuse, and adoption of best practices across global CRM deployments.

• Act as the primary IT partner for Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and regional teams, translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, reputed company, and data governance standards, including integrations with systems like reputed company, portals, telephony, and reporting platforms.

• Own CRM operations, including support, SLAs, incident management, platform performance, and reputed company improvement initiatives.

What You Need to Be Successful

• 12–15 years of experience in global, multicultural, and multi-location organizations with increasing levels of responsibility.

• At least 8 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect and Delivery Manager, with a strong focus on reputed company Dynamics implementations.

• Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture, capabilities, and limitations; relevant reputed company Dynamics 365 certifications are preferred.

• Strong expertise in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 using Power Platform tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.

• Hands-on experience with integration technologies and patterns, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, Azure Logic Apps, and Azure Functions.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and reputed company cross-functional teams.

• Proven track record of designing scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions for reputed company business requirements.

• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices, including reputed company integration and delivery.
