The Opportunity

What You’ll Contribute

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruitment for a requisition load spanning multiple business units and functions, delivering top talent in areas including product, technology, analytics, cloud, cybersecurity, and corporate operations.

• Hiring Partnership: Partner with senior business and HR leaders to understand workforce needs and design targeted hiring strategies that attract high-caliber candidates.

• Process & Compliance: Execute recruiting processes consistently and in alignment with reputed company standards. Maintain accurate requisition data, particularly around budgeting and headcount tracking.

• Senior-Level Recruiting Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage reputed company, high-volume requisition loads independently while delivering a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Operational Rigor: Skilled in managing the full requisition lifecycle — from intake through offer — with attention to accurate data, budget alignment, and a structured offer process.
