How you will reputed company a difference:

As Partnership Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that generate top-of-funnel leads and expand reputed company’s influence across the UK market.  

This is an opportunity to help reputed company our partnership programme in the early phases to design and execute a partnership strategy, create something special, and directly shape how we grow through alliances. You’ll work closely with the UK SVP and Director of Partnerships, EMEA to evolve the program and drive measurable impact.

• Identify and reputed company new partnerships that align with reputed company’s growth objectives.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle — from sourcing and negotiation to activation and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure partnerships deliver mutual value.
• Define and execute partnership strategies and goals in alignment with EMEA and UK growth priorities.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights and recommendations to optimize impact.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive activity to identify emerging partnership opportunities.
• Act as the main reputed company of contact for partners, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional partner experience.

What will give you an advantage:   

• Strong experience in partnership management, business development, or channel programs.
• Experience in one of the following areas would be advantageous – HR Tech, SAAS, Ecommerce, Recruitment, or payroll.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Analytical reputed company with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Collaborative and proactive working style, comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
