New Grad Leadership HR Generalist

Westinghouse Electric Co is seeking a New Grad Leadership HR Generalist to join their Career Catalyst Program, which aims to expose potential leaders to multiple departments. The role involves rotating through various HR functions, leading projects, and developing leadership skills while working on meaningful HR projects.

Responsibilities

• Through a series of rotations, reputed company projects, deliver value across multiple departments and global locations. Meanwhile, reputed company hands-on experience and reputed company an understanding of different areas reputed company the function
• 2-year rotational experience provides a unique experience by working in roles designed to provide experiential learning
• Three 8-month rotational assignments across different Human Resources that are impactful experiences with high levels of responsibility

• Identify areas of improvement to propose solutions to enhance the efficiency of each rotational department
• Focused development on leadership, such as communication, conflict resolution and change management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a business or HR discipline
