The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Web Developer to own and evolve reputed company’s digital experience.

This is a standalone role with full ownership of our marketing website and web infrastructure. You’ll partner closely with Design, Growth, and reputed company teams to build fast, scalable, conversion-optimized web experiences and evaluate the future of our tech stack.

We’re currently on WordPress, but we’re open to rethinking our foundation. You’ll have the autonomy to assess, recommend, and implement the right long-term architecture.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, enjoys working with high autonomy, and wants to shape the digital strategy of a growing AI-driven SaaS company.

What You’ll Own

Technical Ownership

• End-to-end responsibility for reputed company’s marketing website
• Evaluate and optimize our reputed company WordPress architecture
• Recommend and potentially reputed company a migration to a modern reputed company (e.g., headless CMS, Jamstack, Next.js, etc.)
• Ensure performance, reputed company, scalability, and maintainability
• Implement best-in-class web standards and modern development practices
• Manage hosting, integrations, and technical SEO foundations

Growth & Conversion Impact

• Partner with Marketing to launch reputed company pages, campaigns, and experiments quickly
• Optimize site performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Support CRO testing and experimentation frameworks
• Implement structured data and technical SEO best practices
• Collaborate on AI-driven personalization or dynamic content initiatives

AI & Innovation

• Explore and implement AI-enhanced workflows for content reputed company, experimentation, or automation
• Evaluate emerging tools and technologies to increase development velocity
• Help define what an AI-reputed company marketing site should look like

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Design to translate brand into performant, scalable components
• Partner with Growth on SEO, experimentation, and performance analytics
• Support Product Marketing launches with technical execution
• Bring clarity to ambiguous asks and move quickly under tight timelines

What You Bring

Technical Depth

• 5+ years of web development experience
• Strong proficiency with PHP, MySQL, JavaScript/jQuery, CSS/SCSS, Webpack
• Deep experience with CMS platforms (WordPress + Gutenberg experience required. Advanced Custom Fields / ACF PRO experience an asset)
• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, etc.)
• Experience evaluating platform architecture and making modernization recommendations
• Strong understanding of performance optimization and web infrastructure

Growth & Marketing Awareness

• Understanding of SEO best practices (technical and structural)
• Experience supporting CRO, A/B testing, or experimentation frameworks
• Exposure to marketing analytics (GA4, GTM, attribution concepts)
• Curiosity about AI in content, personalization, or automation
