[Remote] Field Service Technician- Montgomery, AL
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Quality Data Systems (QDS) is a family-owned cash automation company that specializes in helping financial institutions and retailers use the latest technology to automate cash handling. The Field Service Technician will travel reputed company a 100-mile radius, installing, maintaining, and repairing cash automation equipment while building relationships with clients and providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Bring live and troubleshoot ATMs, ITMs, TCRs, Currency Discriminators, and Coin machines
- Upgrade software and hardware
- Diagnose system complications and reputed company repairs
- reputed company preventative maintenance
- Communicate effectively with QDS team members and customers
Skills
- High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of experience as a field service technician preferred
- reputed company Certification /OEM ATM/ITM certification a plus (Hyosung, reputed company, Diebold, etc.)
- People person! Friendly and sociable with great relationship building skills – ability to create an reputed company rapport with customers
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently
- Clean and reputed company appearance
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize travel schedule and manage time effectively
- This position requires a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Must pass background reputed company and drug test
