[Remote] Energy Storage Preconstruction Project Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a leading provider of infrastructure services to the power industry, designing, building and maintaining utility scale solar, battery storage and high voltage substation projects reputed company. The Preconstruction Project Engineer Energy Storage will support the preconstruction team, coordinate and manage project deliverables to reputed company project profitability and schedule goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and systems including drawings, RFIs, submittals, procurement logs, cost tracking, quality documentation, and CMiC records
• Support subcontractor coordination, safety planning, and general project engineering functions with engineering and Operations
• Support the transition from preconstruction to construction by coordinating project documentation, scope definition, LNTP development, and operational readiness for project execution teams
• Provide general project engineering support including meeting coordination, document management, cost reporting, subcontractor reputed company, and other responsibilities necessary to support successful Energy Storage project delivery
• Collaborate with engineering, estimating, procurement, and operations teams to validate design assumptions, equipment reputed company times, installation strategies, and project logistics while identifying risks reputed company to constructability, cost, and schedule
• Assist in development, review, and maintenance of project schedules (CPM) and construction work plans, ensuring alignment between engineering deliverables, procurement activities, and field execution requirements
• Track design changes, scope updates, and engineering revisions that may impact project cost, schedule, or construction methodology, coordinating with engineering and project management teams to maintain project alignment
• Support development and review of Energy Storage EPC project execution plans, including constructability reviews, installation methodologies, site logistics, and construction reputed company to ensure alignment with scope, schedule milestones, and cost targets
• Participate in the technical review of EPC contract documents, project specifications, bid packages, and subcontractor proposals to ensure completeness, constructability, and alignment with project execution strategies

Skills

• 1-3 years of Energy Storage construction-reputed company experience, or equivalent Construction reputed company internship experience
• Basic understanding of construction cost accounting
• Basic estimating and scheduling skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
• Effective organizational skills
• Effective written and verbal English language communication skills
• Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employer sponsorship now or in the future
• Energy Storage Field experience
• Drafting and advanced computer skills
