Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries and complaints, maximizing sales opportunities, and providing exceptional service experiences. Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints reputed company phone, email, social media, live chat, SMS, and video platforms
- Maximize every sales opportunity by upselling and cross-selling profitable products
- Document and update customer records based on interactions

- Increase customer retention by implementing creative problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills
* Minimum of 2 years customer service experience in a call center environment

- Positive and professional demeanor

- Experience with diagnosing and troubleshooting
