Job Summary

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative, you will be working from home, providing exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and entering service data into our computer system. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer service calls, emails, and faxes in a timely and accurate manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a respectful and professional manner
  • Enter service data into our computer system
  • Log information about customer service interactions into our system

  • Participate in training and development programs to improve customer service skills and knowledge

Qualifications

* 1 year recent customer service or call center experience

  • Experience using bilingual skills, particularly Spanish, in a business environment

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a call center environment

  • Experience with data entry and record-keeping
  • Knowledge of waste management and recycling industry
  • Certification in customer service or call center management
