Job Summary
As a Remote Chat Agent (Entry Level), you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers through live chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in ensuring that their experience with arenaflex is positive and memorable. This is an entry-level position, and we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner

Requirements
* 0-2 years of experience in customer service, live chat support, or a reputed company field

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts reputed company days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $45.00/hour.
