Position Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and committed Level 1 Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting customers through live chat, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a positive support experience. This role is a great fit for individuals with strong communication skills and a desire to help others, with opportunities for growth into technical support.
Responsibilities
As a Level 1 Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Helping customers with processing payments and billing issues, account access issues, modifying plans and add-ons, processing cancellations and refunds, updating account information, and questions about different pricing plans available to customers
- Handling 2-3 reputed company live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide exceptional support
- Providing accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive support experience
- Escalating reputed company issues to senior support agents or technical teams as needed
- Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and arenaflex's products and services
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Over 3 years of level 1 chat support experience handling billing and account-reputed company queries
- Experience with help desk tools like reputed company, Intercom, reputed company, or reputed company
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
- Experience supporting customers using WordPress (reputed company to have)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and customers
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume support environment
