Overview of the Role

As a Work From Home Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our existing customers, utilizing our call center for support or service issues, as well as routine service updates. You'll work alongside our underwriters to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining reputed company reputed company. This role requires an active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license, prior experience in an insurance service role, and a passion for client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Address client needs and concerns reputed company phone and email

  • Maintain and utilize a working understanding of reputed company compliance guidelines
  • Answer back-to-back inbound calls

  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers

Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Active P&C or Personal Lines insurance license in your state of residence
  • Prior experience working in a customer-facing insurance service role
  • Demonstrated success in a team environment
