[Remote] Market Research Fieldwork Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. National Research Group is a leading global insights and strategy firm that provides fresh insights to spark new reputed company. They are seeking a Market Research Fieldwork Specialist who will assist with executing global fieldwork activities, ensuring effective communication and project management to support significant client studies.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with third party vendors to conduct online and in-person survey research, including online tracking/custom work, and intercept tests
- Ensure reputed company third-party vendors have the information and materials they need to execute projects effectively
- Monitor fieldwork reputed company to ensure project deadlines are met in a cost-effective manner
- Communicate status of projects and any potential challenges to internal stakeholders
- Troubleshoot fieldwork issues and recommend solutions to external vendors and internal stakeholders
- Handle administrative tasks associated with projects, including monitoring financials, maintaining project database, and closing out studies
Skills
- 1+ year of professional, relevant work experience
- BA/BS degree with a strong academic record
- Internally motivated individual who continuously strives to get things done well, regardless of challenges encountered
- Successfully manages time and multiple competing priorities to ensure deadlines are always met
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as you will be interfacing with colleagues at reputed company levels as well as clients and vendors
- Team player who can work collaboratively and harmoniously reputed company a team and across teams
- Excellent computer skills and high proficiency with reputed company Suite (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience in project management or market research is a plus!
