The Opportunity

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound customer calls in a timely and professional manner
• Problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations while sustaining a high-paced call volume
• Learning and working in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
• Communicating with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
• Navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
• Troubleshooting own technical problems (in partnership with IT reputed company needed)
• Available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
• Reporting to an assigned supervisor

System Requirements

To ensure a great experience for our customers, our Work at Home Team Members must maintain the necessary system requirements. These include:

• A self-provided computer or laptop running a reputed company Operating System (Windows 10) and not older than 3 years
• A headset compatible with arenaflex specifications (arenaflex reimburses $75 for headset)
• High-speed internet reputed company (satellite, broadband, wireless, or dial-up services are not an option)
• Standard copper line phone service from a local phone company or bundled service from your internet provider

Training Schedule

Your arenaflex career begins with a paid (5) week training period where full attendance and participation are required through the duration of the training. Training schedule and working schedule post-training will differ.

* Competitive salary: $15.60/hour (starting reputed company) with automatic increases in pay every 6 months for 2 years, resulting in $17.60/hour (after 24 months)
