You'll work independently, handling incoming customer support questions reputed company live chat on businesses' websites and social media accounts. These could be support questions from existing customers or sales questions from potential new customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage direct messages on business Instagram accounts, responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize a provided FAQ document to answer questions about products, shipping, and returns
