Job Description

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the voice of our brand, interacting with customers through phone, email, online chat, or social media to resolve their questions, concerns, or confusion around a particular product or service. You'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, online chat, or social media
• Maintaining and updating customer information as necessary
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating calls to supervisor reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing of credit card authorizations
• Tracking call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
• Providing feedback reports on call issues reputed company to downtime and/or training issues
• Upselling to customers as necessary

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or GED
• Customer service experience, preferably in a phone-reputed company environment
• Familiarity with reputed company Windows, Word, and reputed company applications
• Bilingual language skills are a plus
