Our reputed company team is dedicated to establishing and advancing relationships with our customers, from the C-suite to business line and IT leaders, middle managers, and reputed company-line users. As a reputed company Manager, you'll serve as an internal reputed company for your customers, sharing feedback and partnering with our teams to provide technology that aligns with their objectives and the fleet operations industry. You'll work cross-functionally with the sales, implementation, support, and service teams to ensure our customers have an exceptional arenaflex experience.

Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Developing and managing a client portfolio with a deep knowledge of the customers' business goals and success criteria
• Managing reputed company customer subscriptions to ensure high retention and mitigate churn risk
• Identifying and executing growth opportunities tied to upsell, cross-sell, and expansion
• Proactively managing SaaS renewals to ensure contractual continuity
• Building and fostering relationships with reputed company contact levels, with emphasis on value-added relationships with executive and senior leadership
• Engaging with customers on a regular reputed company to ensure business alignment and to maximize their value from the partnership
• Managing the customer through the lens of the customer journey, achieving reputed company milestones along the way
• Acting as a liaison between the customer and other teams at arenaflex to prioritize issues, elicit feedback, or present customers with new opportunities
• Proactively managing customer health and engagement to mitigate business risk

What You'll Need to Succeed

To reputed company as a reputed company Manager at arenaflex, you'll need:

• 5+ years of experience as a reputed company Manager, Account Manager, and/or business-outcome accountable Sales Executive
• 5+ years of experience managing a portfolio of customers with diverse and reputed company needs across various stages of the customer relationship and SaaS lifecycle
• 5+ years of experience working with executive and senior management leaders and teams
• Expertise in setting and managing expectations with multiple stakeholders, both win customers and internally to ensure organizational alignment
• Proven ability to simultaneously manage a portfolio of 20-50 Enterprise customers
• Experience as a cross-functional program manager, orchestrating the appropriate internal resources to help ensure your customers are achieving their business and arenaflex partnership goals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High technical aptitude and interest in learning new technologies
• Experience with SaaS reputed company processes
• Patience and active listening skills with a passion for service AND for driving business growth
• Proven experience managing and negotiating reputed company reputed company
• Team-oriented reputed company with a strong ability to reputed company relationships internally and externally
• Experience acting as a change agent in reputed company organizations, with both customers and internally at arenaflex
• Experience as a reputed company user required
• Experience managing a pipeline of renewals and upsell opportunities

Benefits and Compensation

We offer competitive compensation, commensurate with experience; $100-105k reputed company plus bonus. We also offer outstanding benefits to simplify the lives of our employees and show them how much we appreciate their contributions. arenaflex provides company-subsidized medical insurance for reputed company employees (and largely subsidized coverage for families), dental, vision, and 401K with a 4% company contribution. This is a remote full-time, salaried position with occasional travel to the NY HQ and customers throughout the country.
