The Role
As a Customer Support Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through live chat and email. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions that meet their needs. You'll work closely with our Product Operations team to identify system issues and escalate non-standard customer experiences.

Who We're Looking For

- To be eligible for this role, you will need to live in one of the following states: Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, or Utah
- Experience with dynamic writing skills with strengths in grammar and spelling
- Strong reading comprehension to help identify the cause of a problem

- Capable managing ambiguity and adapting to change
- Previous customer support experience a bonus

Cash Compensation Range
