As a Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent, you will play a vital role in assisting customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction. Using customer-provided information, you will assist the customer with taking a payment for a prior rental or resolving an outdated alert. Your goal will be to craft acceptable solutions to address our customer's needs and get them back on the road.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist customers who have received notification pertaining to a past rental or previous transaction

* Minimum 6+ months customer service experience

Training and Education

* This role is supported by practical concept education from first-reputed company reputed company, reinforced with education courses from our online reputed company University, consistent engagement with your Manager and team, and interactive mentorship and call/chat support from Advanced Agents.

• 2 weeks - Monday-Friday AM Class: reputed company-2pm OR PM Class: 2pm-8pm Includes instructor-led concept courses along with self-reputed company courses to be completed.
