Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our 2nd shift team as Customer Care Representatives. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional phone and chat support to our customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working independently to solve unique problems and think reputed company the reputed company to find creative solutions

Essential Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
