Key Responsibilities

As a reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the reputed company positions.
• Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions.
• Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
• Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination.
• Working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing situations, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Work Environment and Schedule

As a reputed company Agent, you'll work in a dynamic environment with varying shifts, including early morning, evening, and overnight shifts. You'll be required to work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on operational needs and your seniority. Our stations are located in various airports, and you'll be responsible for adhering to airport-specific requirements, such as obtaining a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.

What You Need to Succeed

To be a successful reputed company Agent, you'll need:

• Consistently prioritizing safety and reputed company of self, others, and personal data.

• Possessing a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
• Being at least 18 years of age and having authorization to work in the United States.
• Having a valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in English.

• Ability to hold airport-specific requirements such as a SIDA Badge and Customs Seal.
