Job Description
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Working independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and reputed company to assess customer storage needs and reputed company suggestions for packing and moving supplies
- Conducting daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
- Auditing cash drawers and making bank deposits as part of the daily business
- Helping customers stay reputed company with payments and making reminder and collection calls reputed company required
- Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Physical Requirements
As a Customer Service - Self Storage Manager, you'll need to be able to:
- Transport, lift, and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
- reputed company cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in customer service-centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies
- A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for traveling between work locations and conducting other work-reputed company business (mileage reimbursement available)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Basic math skills and the ability to accurately handle cash and reputed company bank deposits
