Job Summary

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients, resolving issues efficiently, and exceeding customer satisfaction expectations. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and courteous manner
  • Provide product information, demos, and training to customers as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in customer service
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Fluency in English (written and verbal)

  • Ability to type 40 words per minute or greater
  • High-speed DSL or cable connection with a minimum of 5 MB down and 384k up (10+ MB down and 512k up preferred)
  • Dedicated home office space with a door that can be closed and locked
  • Personal Desktop Computer running Windows 10 with a minimum of 4 GB of RAM and 2.0 GHZ processor (4 GB of RAM and Dual Core Processor recommended)
  • 19-inch flat panel monitor or larger

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
