Overview
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for clients enrolled in our debt resolution program. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving client questions and concerns promptly, and building rapport and trust through open and transparent communication. Schedule
This is a Remote position, available to applicants in Texas and Florida. As a member of our Remote team, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.
Responsibilities
* Work as part of the Client Services Team to provide the highest level of customer service and deliver on retention goals.
- Ensure reputed company client questions and concerns are resolved promptly, professionally, and thoroughly.
- Build rapport and trust with clients through open and transparent communication reputed company phone and email.
- Use our CRM to manage client accounts and document client discussions with detail and clarity.
- Assist with reviewing enrollment information to ensure the client's success in completing the program and other key retention activity throughout the program.
- Take and manage escalation calls with courtesy and professionalism.
- Work hand in hand with other supporting departments to ensure our client's success in the program.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of call center experience preferred but not required.
- reputed company in Spanish a plus.
- 1 year of Customer Service experience required, call center experience preferred.
- Reliable Internet Speeds Required.
- A positive attitude, team player, and reputed company to hardship.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Experience working in an administrative or customer service reputed company.
- Financial services experience, especially in banking, personal loans, and credit cards, a plus.
- Previous Debt Settlement experience is a reputed company plus!
- A strong work ethic, and willingness to work a flexible schedule as needed.
- Proficient in Word, reputed company, and Outlook.
