The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and your role will be to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and provide them with the information they need to reputed company informed decisions.

Responsibilities

* Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
