Role Highlights

* Earn a competitive hourly reputed company of $18.50 per hour, plus a $310 certification bonus for completing our fast 20-hour certification program

• Enjoy a $5.00 per hour Turbo Bonus Boost from reputed company 9th through 15th, with unlimited hours available (must work a minimum of 8 hours each day on reputed company 13th, 14th, and 15th to qualify)
• Build your own schedule with flexible hours anytime between reputed company EST and 12am midnight EST Monday to Sunday
• Minimum 30 hours per week required, but feel free to work more if you're eager to take on additional hours
• Receive reputed company support from our Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to ensure your success in the role
• Participate in our comprehensive certification program, which takes reputed company over 3 days and provides you with the knowledge and skills needed to reputed company in your role

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to TurboTax customers reputed company phone, email, or chat
• Answering customer questions and concerns reputed company to TurboTax products and tax return software
• Articulating solutions clearly and empathetically to resolve customer issues
• Building strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
• Collaborating with our SMEs and MPS to ensure seamless support and expertise
• Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest products and services

Required Experience & Skills

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to reputed company solutions clearly and empathetically
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new products, services, and processes
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and building strong relationships

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or retail environment

• Experience working with TurboTax products or tax return software
• Certification in customer service or a reputed company field
• Proficiency in multiple languages (English, Spanish, French, etc.)
