[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to reputed company order entry and fulfillment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products while collaborating with internal teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between customers, sales, and cross‑functional partners
- Manage reputed company customer orders across multiple sourcing locations, transportation modes, and products
- Act quickly to resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and reputed company orders moving
- Process routine and reputed company customer orders using systems such as reputed company, Elemica, SeedWare, and reputed company tools
- Own service resolution end‑to‑end, leading corrective actions reputed company issues arise
- Train and support retail partners on SeedWare order and account management
- Championing the customer experience while balancing business priorities
- Collaborate closely with CSR peers and Sales teams to deliver seamless service
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in customer service, supply chain, planning, invoicing, or reputed company functions
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Comfort with technology, including reputed company Office, and ability to learn new systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency
- Confidence in addressing customer issues and driving solutions
- Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasonal demand
- Associate degree preferred
