Diaz & Gaeta Law is a quickly growing law firm seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to join their team. The role involves representing clients in criminal matters, conducting court appearances, and developing case strategies while ensuring effective communication in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in criminal matters, including misdemeanors and felonies
- Appear in court for arraignments, hearings, bench and jury trials
- Conduct client meetings and manage communications in both English and Spanish
- reputed company case strategies, negotiate plea agreements, and maintain case files
- Ensure timely handling of reputed company court and client-reputed company deadlines
Skills
- Licensed and in good standing with the Georgia State Bar
- Fluent or Professional Proficient in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
