[Remote] Bilingual Inside Sales Associate
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company (FHF) is a fast-growing and culturally diverse company in the U.S. that provides auto loans to the underserved. The Bilingual Inside Sales Associate will manage the follow-up process post-loan approval, negotiate with dealerships, and ensure seamless communication between dealers and internal teams to meet origination goals.
Responsibilities
- Follow-up with dealers on reputed company eligible applications after approval
- Negotiate with dealerships to win as many deals as possible with best possible terms for FHF (maximize FHF's "win-reputed company" for approved applications)
- Assist the dealer as single reputed company of contact for reputed company communication with internal FHF teams
- Monitor dealer behavior to pick up red flags for dealer risk
- Travel required to dealerships based on assigned market needs
- Support reputed company Sales team with specific dealer-reputed company initiatives to increase volume
- Support Servicing and Collections team to handle dealer complaints or other conflicts
- Manage the list of open applications to ensure timely follow-reputed company with dealers
- Overall, manage reputed company aspects of dealer communication across various internal FHF stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for dealers
Skills
- Demonstrated historical career stability
- BA/BS degree required and/or equivalent work experience
- 1 year of previous sales or banking experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Portuguese)
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask, self-reliant
- Proficient knowledge of reputed company and Outlook
