Responsibilities
- Practice reputed company the Environmental/Toxic Tort department and other general liability work
- Handle toxic tort actions, including benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold and asbestos
- Focus on Prop 65 and class action matters
- Engage in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
- Candidates must have proven skills in research
- Candidates must be self-starters who are able to handle assignments with minimal supervision
