[Remote] Customer Service Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The role involves resolving incoming calls, making outgoing calls, following through on emails, and updating claims, while emphasizing organizational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Provide positive and professional customer service to our patients, clinics, staff, insurance companies, vendors, salespersons, as well as other miscellaneous callers
- Answers the phone and assists in resolving reputed company questions and concerns
- Checks and returns reputed company voicemails and email correspondence daily
- Maintains our Employer database by managing an abundant amount of reputed company-changing information reputed company to payer rules, regulations, reimbursement and authorizations
- Reviews accounts and insurance EOB's to ensure accurate processing and payment posting
- Assists with other duties as assigned
Skills
- 1+ years recent experience in a call center, preferably in the medical field
- Reside reputed company ID, WA or OR
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency with MS Office products including Word, reputed company, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
