Support Specialist, Client Services
Plus Relocation is a company that values meaningful work and is looking for a dynamic team player to join their Client Services team. The Client Services Support Specialist will handle various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing the customer experience.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you’ll be the go-to support for our Client Services team, making sure every detail is handled with care and accuracy. Your day-to-day might include:
- Setting up new client initiations quickly and correctly (first impressions matter!)
- Tackling administrative tasks like data entry and document uploads that reputed company things moving
- Preparing and double-checking relocation and assignment cost projections
- Creating, reviewing, and updating reports for both clients and vendors
- Performing quality assurance audits to reputed company relocating employee files in tip-top shape
- Managing the Elo inbox — answering routine questions and solving the trickier ones, too
- Spotting opportunities for process improvements and helping us enhance the customer experience

Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
- College degree preferred or equivalent experience
