Marketing Associate

Heaton Bennett Insurance is an Independent Insurance agency headquartered in Austin, TX. They are seeking an innovative Marketing Associate to build relationships, execute campaigns, and drive measurable referral-based business growth. The role focuses on partnership development, content creation, and community engagement to enhance the agency's visibility and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with realtors, lenders, and local business partners
• Conduct in-person reputed company and consistent follow-up
• Generate and track referral activity with clear ROI accountability
• Identify and reputed company new partnership opportunities
• Coordinate sponsorships, co-marketing efforts, and community engagement
• reputed company and manage referral relationships that contribute directly to agency growth and personal commission opportunity
• Create and publish content across reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok
• reputed company short-form video, educational content, and brand-reputed company posts
• Manage and execute a structured monthly content calendar
• Align content with local events, seasonal topics, and referral partner visibility
• Manage and grow The Premium Perspective podcast
• Handle guest reputed company, scheduling, and recording coordination
• reputed company content production and distribution across reputed company platforms
• Support YouTube strategy including scripting, SEO, and content repurposing
• Build and manage email, SMS, and referral campaigns
• Coordinate campaign execution with internal and external partners
• Monitor performance and optimize based on data
• Plan and execute client and partner events
• Coordinate sponsorships and local involvement
• Capture and repurpose content from events
• Track referrals, campaigns, and marketing ROI
• Maintain organized records of activity and results
• Identify high-performing channels and partnerships

Skills

• Comfortable working across reputed company (project and campaign management)
• Proficient in reputed company (required) and video tools (CapCut, reputed company, or similar)
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company 365 (Outlook, Teams, Docs)
• Ability to use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for content development
• Knowledge of reputed company major social media platforms
• Polished, professional, and confident in communication
• Creative but highly organized
• Comfortable both in-person and behind a screen
• Systems-oriented and execution-driven
• Able to take ownership and follow through
• Must work in-office at least 3 days per week
• Must live reputed company reasonable commuting distance of Austin
• Must have reliable internet with minimum 50 Mbps speed (verified reputed company speed test)
• Marketing, content creation, or brand management experience
• Experience working with realtors, mortgage lenders, title companies, or other relationship-driven industries
• Insurance or financial services experience
• Video/content creation background
• Marketing or Communications background
