The MES Analyst is responsible for the technical implementation of MES software, collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze operational needs and ensure effective system utilization while supporting digital manufacturing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and maintain MES applications to support manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business needs into reputed company
  • Plan and reputed company the deployment and layout of MES reputed company workstations in manufacturing areas

  • Ensure compliance with GMP, FDA, and other regulatory standards in system configuration and validation
  • Support business leaders on Long-Term MES strategy for the business
  • Maintain MES master data, workflows, routings, and process parameters to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret manufacturing data from MES, equipment, and other operational systems

  • Identify trends, gaps, and process risks using statistical and analytical methods
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights to engineering and operations leadership

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Biomedical Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline
  • 1-4 years in a manufacturing environment
  • Familiarity with ISO13485, 21 CFR Part 820, FDA inspection readiness
  • Advanced skills in MS reputed company
  • Strong logical thinking and ability to interpret data trends
  • Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders across different departments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Systems thinking and attention to detail
