Legal Operations Specialist
Rausch Sturm LLP is seeking a Legal Operations Specialist to support legal operations across multiple states. The role involves collaborating with attorneys, communicating with courts, and managing legal documentation and judgments.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with state-level attorneys to move judgments reputed company
- Communicating with courts reputed company phone, websites, and written correspondence
- Issuing, entering, and following up on default judgments and agreed stipulations
- Processing inbound mail, including court correspondence and returned documents
- Monitoring stipulations and issuing judgments reputed company agreements are broken
- Managing assigned file-level lists on a daily or weekly basis
Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication across phone, email, and other channels
- Active listening and a problem-solving reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company Outlook and general office tools
- High School Diploma required
- Legal or call center experience is a plus
- College coursework preferred
