Job Description

As an reputed company Customer Service Consultant – Streaming Support, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing solutions that meet their needs. If you're passionate about movies, TV shows, and animated stories, and you're confident in your ability to build rapport with callers, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers reputed company phone, email, and chat

• Troubleshoot issues reputed company to streaming services, including basic troubleshooting skills and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Utilize CRM applications to manage customer interactions and resolve issues reputed company
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve reputed company customer issues and provide solutions
• Meet or exceed performance metrics, including reputed company resolution (FCR), average handling time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives

Qualifications:

* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience

• Experience with streaming to include basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
• Basic PC keyboarding skills; reputed company Office experience (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
• Technical support experience
• Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
• Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
• Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
