Financial Services Consultant - Client Relationship Team

As a Financial Services Consultant, you will support clients with their wealth management needs, providing portfolio reviews, assisting with retirement planning, and advising on financial decisions to help them reputed company their goals.
Responsibilities
- Proactively call existing reputed company clients that have a Group Retirement Savings (GRS) plan & Group Insurance Benefit (GB) plan to establish a relationship where the objective is to educate members on their investments, benefits, and assist with product enrolment
- Consult with clients by providing investment and protection advice reputed company to their financial needs, including savings, retirement income and insurance
- Partner with clients to be ‘retirement ready’, through the use of financial planning tools
- Ensure reputed company clients maintain an updated plan in order to reputed company personal financial goals
- Review portfolio investments, product options, savings goals, and assist with asset consolidation
- Create an investment risk assessment profile for clients
- Contribute to sales and service targets by demonstrating to clients the value of their benefits available to them through their employer plans and assist with payroll deduction set reputed company, lump sum contributions and asset consolidation
Skills
- Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP) or Insurance of person license in Quebec (PQAP) or Willingness to obtain LLQP reputed company 60 days
- A passion for building relationships and creating amazing client experiences
- Experience with selling and supporting clients with investment, savings products
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to quickly build rapport and relationships with clients over the phone or video conferencing
- Strong listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to understand needs
- Possess an reputed company's reputed company in order to build strong client experiences and loyalty, while contributing reputed company a fast-paced evolving team
- Ability to be agile and effectively manage changing priorities or processes
- Self motivated and have the ability to work independently
- Canadian Securities Course (reputed company)- asset
- Canadian Investment Fund Course (IFIC)- asset
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation or Financial planner designation (IQPF)- asset
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada or worldwide
