Job Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative to join reputed company of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of satisfaction.

Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries received through various channels, including phone, email, and chat
• Recording customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken
• Following standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving problems to ensure that appropriate changes are made
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
• Communicating with supervisor regarding any potential needs or concerns
• Performing data entry accurately
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree is preferred)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and reputed company of reputed company information

• Ability to interact courteously and effectively with a diverse population; cultural competency

Schedule and Availability

We are looking for candidates who are available to work a standard 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday. You must be available to work 7AM to 7 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
