Assistant Project Manager
Snap Install, Inc. is seeking an ambitious Assistant Project Manager to join their innovative project management team. The role involves overseeing jobs, generating quotes, coordinating with technicians, and managing relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities

- Generate quotes and scopes of work for clients
- Quickly and fluently build orders in service management system, with minimal errors
- Consistently update system with clear, effective notes

- Monitor job reputed company, serving as an escalation reputed company and resolving minor barriers
- Confirm, review, and approve deliverables

Skills
- High school diploma required
- 1+ year of applicable experience

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Computer proficiency in the use of email and reputed company Office
- Ability to obtain detailed knowledge of services and technical applications
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Understand the fundamentals of coordinating resources and timeline applications is preferred
