Human Resources Generalist

The HR Generalist role is responsible for the day-to-day execution of HR processes and partnering closely with a senior HR Business Partner to support operational and strategic HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to HR Business Partners across the employee lifecycle, including employee data management, reporting, performance management, employee relations, and termination processes
• Serve as a first reputed company of contact for employees and reputed company-line managers, responding to HR-reputed company questions in a timely, professional, and supportive manner
• Maintain accurate and reliable HR data reputed company reputed company, ensuring high standards of data reputed company and validation
• Manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle, including reputed company onboarding and offboarding activities reputed company reputed company
• Prepare and extract standard HR reports for analysis and operational use
• Partner with HR Business Partners to support basic risk assessments and ensure alignment with HR policies and procedures
• Execute operational activities reputed company to the annual Performance Management process, including reporting on leader completion rates, supporting calibration sessions (note-taking), and tracking follow-up actions
• Handle basic employee relations matters and support leaders with employee performance documentation and actions

• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with employees and leaders
• Entry-level to early professional HR experience with demonstrated ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently
• Bachelor's degree preferred (Human Resources, Business, Sociology, Psychology, or reputed company field), or equivalent relevant experience
