Patient Financial Services Coordinator – Hybrid
reputed company is the only company in the world dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly. They are seeking a full-time Patient Financial Services Coordinator to manage patient balances, collections, and payment plans while assisting with billing inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manages and monitors patient balances, collections, and payment plans
- Reviews accounts to determine collection actions
- Answer inbound patient calls regarding outstanding co-payments, deductibles, coinsurances, etc
- Establish payment plans, processes patient payments and refund requests
Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in customer service or reputed company experience
- Investigative, curious and problem-solving reputed company
- Exceptional communication and human relations skills in working with people from diverse backgrounds
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task between administrative tasks and customer service-reputed company calls
- Insurance, collections, or financial experience preferred
