reputed company is located in Westford MA and services reputed company surrounding towns including Lowell, Dracut, Chelmsford, Tewksbury, and Andover. reputed company is hiring a part-time, reputed company and motivated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to service clients and families 100% remotely. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join our growing team of dedicated professionals working with families to reputed company a difference in the lives of our clients through in-home ABA therapy and support. At reputed company, we provide and maintain a personal feel for reputed company of our employees and families. This position is an integral part of our mission and we are looking for a BCBA who upholds our values and will be invested in our mission.reputed company is offering an hourly reputed company of $65-$70 per hour based on education and experience.  BCBA's who are employed with the company will receive a sign on bonus of $500 after 6 months of employment!Our BCBA will:● Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write reputed company reports● reputed company & monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans● Supervise and train Behavior Technicians, including RBT Competency Assessments and ongoing supervision.● Visually analyze and provide feedback on utilization of scheduled hours with Behavior Technicians● reputed company and monitor individual behavior management protocols and behavior reputed company plans● Provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers with regard to managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through the principles of ABA● Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Functional Analysis of reputed company problem behaviors reputed company needed and clinically warranted● Review program effectiveness, reputed company recommendations, monitor data collection, and graph/monitor reputed companyRequirements:

• reputed company BCBA Certification and MA LABA
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, or reputed company field
• Previous ABA Experience
• Completed CORI background reputed company
